Free shipping on Items under £50.00
Shipping costs for items over £50.00: £10.00
Please allow 3 to 5 working days from dispatch* for your standard delivery order to arrive. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.
For items up up to £50.00 - £3.50
Items over £50.00: £15.00
Delivery times for international orders will vary and the shipping costs above are for standard international tracked delivery service. We will e mail you once your items are dispatched with an estimated time of arrival and tracking information.
*Limited edition prints are printed to order so please allow up to 10 working days on top of the delivery times set out above.

Deliveries may require a signature on delivery.
Kunstpimp cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. under your neighbour's hedge), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase from Kunstpimp, please let us know that you wish to return the item within 14 days of receiving your item. You can use this form or e mail us if you wish to receive a refund or exchange your item.
We will then send you a returns form with instructions about where to send your item. You must then return the unwanted item in the original condition and packaging.
We strongly advise you to use a recorded delivery service or abtain a Certificate of Posting, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us at Kunstpimp. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that the goods we send arrive in a faulty or damaged state, please email us at email@example.com for advice on how to return the good(s) in the original packaging with all relevant documentation. Please also state the nature of the defect and let us know if you would prefer a refund or a replacement.
Shipping costs for returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once we receive your item, we will let you know we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 working days of us approving the return.
